Chennai Mayor Priya Assets: There are a total of 200 councilors in the Chennai Corporation. By law, every councilor is required to file details of their assets. However, 157 councilors-including Mayor Priya and Deputy Mayor Mahesh Kumar of the DMK-have failed to file their asset details even after four years.
