PMK founder Ramadoss has stated that the finalization of a three-member panel of names by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the appointment of Tamil Nadu’s new DGP is a welcome development. Furthermore, he has urged Chief Minister Vijay to proceed with the immediate appointment of a permanent Director General of Police for Tamil Nadu, in strict adherence to legal procedures.
