Tata Consultancy Services has rolled out an average 5% salary hike for its employees based on performance ratings, with top performers in the A+ category receiving 9-13% increments. While this has brought relief to high performers, many in lower bands are disappointed with minimal or no hikes, even as other major IT firms like Infosys and HCL Tech are yet to announce their increments.
