Tamil Nadu Assembly Deputy Speaker: Chief Minister Vijay has selected Ravi Sankar-the TVK MLA who contested and won the Thuraiyur Assembly constituency in the Trichy district-for the post of Deputy Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. RaviSankar filed his nomination papers for this position today with the Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, in the presence of CM Vijay.
