Tamil Nadu Governor (in-charge) Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar has clarified that he never tried to prevent TVK leader Vijay from forming the government. He also stated that apart from Vijay’s party, any other political party is free to stake claim to form the government, triggering fresh political discussions in the state.
