Kamal Haasan: Actor and Makkal Needhi Maiam chief Kamal Haasan criticized the Governor for not inviting Vijay to form the government. In a social media post, Kamal Haasan said the Supreme Court had clearly stated in the S.R. Bommai case that a majority must be proven on the Assembly floor and not at the Raj Bhavan.
