Chief Minister Rangasamy has categorically stated that the BJP will be allotted only one ministerial berth and the post of Deputy Speaker in the Union Territory of Puducherry. It is reported that Rangasamy is contemplating forming the government with the support of the T.V.K. and independent legislators, should the BJP continue to exert pressure regarding cabinet allocations.
