Vijay, leader of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, can assume office tomorrow only if he secures the signatures of 118 individuals and submits a letter of support to the Governor by this evening. If this opportunity is missed, the next earliest date on which Vijay can be sworn in as Chief Minister is May 13th.
