High Court has dismissed a petition seeking action against Umanath, the Secretary to Chief Minister Stalin, for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct. Court dismissed the petition after the Election Commission stated that there was no evidence to warrant action against Umanath for acting in violation of the electoral code.
