As TVK leader Vijay arrived in Tiruppur today for a campaign visit, a five-sovereign gold chain belonging to a woman from Coimbatore—who had come to catch a glimpse of him—was stolen. The woman who lost the chain had traveled there out of an intense desire to see Vijay, without informing her family or seeking their permission.
