MDMK General Secretary Vaiko has announced that the party will contest in all four constituencies under the Rising Sun symbol. While it had previously been announced that the MDMK candidate in the Sirkazhi constituency would contest under a separate symbol, the ‘Rising Sun’ symbol will now be fielded there as well. Consequently, the DMK’s Rising Sun symbol is now contesting in a total of 176 cons
