M.K. Stalin has successfully finalised the DMK–Congress alliance by negotiating the Congress party’s demand from 41 seats down to 28+1 constituencies. As the alliance prepares to contest its fourth consecutive election together, Stalin has once again demonstrated his skills as a master coalition strategist and coordinator.
