In the wake of the tragic Karur stampede that claimed 41 lives, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) leader Vijay is reportedly holding discussions to form a special “Volunteer Security Force.” The proposed team will be trained to manage and coordinate large crowds during party events to ensure public safety and prevent such mishaps in the future.
