Election Commission has issued orders transferring the SPs for the districts of Karur, Erode, Nagapattinam, and Virudhunagar. With the Assembly elections scheduled for April 23, the Model Code of Conduct has come into force across Tamil Nadu. In light of this, the Election Commission has appointed new District Superintendents of Police for 4 districts.
