The Namakkal Sand Truck Owners Association has announced a 10-fold increase in the qualification certificate renewal fee from Rs. 2,500 for trucks and buses that are in use for more than 15 years to Rs. 12,500 and Rs. 25,000 for vehicles that are in use for more than 20 years.
