Madurai: Renovation work to upgrade the Madurai Mattuthavani bus terminal with modern facilities at a cost of Rs. 15 crore has begun today. In the first phase, the existing roof is being removed, and work is underway to construct a new circular roof. Similarly, high-tech restrooms, similar to those found in airports, will be constructed.
