DMK Alliance: State Secretary of the CPI Veerapandiyan has clarified that the party agreed to reduce its seat allocation after the direct request of CM Stalin. Stating that the sole objective is to defeat the BJP, Veerapandian also noted that the DMK did not exert any pressure on them during the four rounds of negotiations.
