The Vengaivayal case has been transferred to the Pudukkottai Judicial Magistrate’s Court. It has been transferred from the Atrocities Prevention Court to the Judicial Magistrate’s Court. The CPCID had already filed a petition seeking transfer to another court since there was no atrocities case. The court has dismissed the petition filed by V.S.K. in this case.
