A Mumbai tourist’s video detailing harassment by local taxi drivers for using an online cab in Munnar, Kerala, went viral. Police registered a case of wrongful restraint and intimidation, arresting three drivers (two initially arrested, search on for the third). Two police officers were also suspended for inaction. The Transport Minister ordered the cancellation of the drivers’ licenses.
