The incident of a series of petrol bombs exploding late at night in the Jaihindpuram area of Madurai caused great commotion. The residents of the area gathered on the streets, unable to sleep. Based on CCTV footage, Jaihindpuram police arrested four minors and conducted an investigation. It has been reported that the boys confessed to throwing the petrol bombs while intoxicated.
