M. Sundaramoorthy, who worked as the Ariyalur Village Administrative Officer in Namakkal district, was permanently dismissed from his post after he suggested that the Kuttai Purambokku land be given to a private person on a patta. The Madras High Court, which had filed a case against him, has ruled in favor of VAO Sundaramoorthy. After 10 years, his dismissal has been cancelled.
