The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has disposed of a petition demanding restoration of the Old Pension Scheme for Tamil Nadu government employees after the state informed the court about the implementation of the Tamil Nadu Assured Pension Scheme (TAPS) and issuance of related government orders.
