Prabhakaran, who works as the head constable of Kanchipuram district, has organized an educational tour with some of his friends who studied with him at the Thoothukudi government school, and with the help of teachers working at the school, he has selected 13 poor students, 4 male and 9 female, who have excelled in academics, character, and discipline, and brought them to Chennai by plane.
