Tiruvannamalai ips and ifs sisters : Nilabharathi, a girl who studied in a government school near Vandavasi in Tiruvannamalai district, has written the UPSC exam and has achieved a record by securing 24th position at the All India level and first position at the Tamil Nadu level. Nilabharathi’s elder sister Kavinmozhi has been selected as an IPS officer.
