TNagar hotel : There is a Thyagaraya Nagar Social Recreation Club in Thyagaraya Nagar, Chennai. The club management had sent a notice to the hotel management there to vacate the premises as they had given sublease to a bank in violation of the terms of the contract. This has also been upheld by the High Court in its judgment.
