Chengalpattu Collector Arunraj, who has stated that it is mandatory to obtain proper permission online for plots and buildings constructed in the village panchayats of Chengalpattu district under the Rural Development and Panchayat Unions, has advised those building new houses to apply for and obtain building permission online.
