Kodambakkam Sri, leader of the Hindu Maha Sabha, was arrested under the POCSO Act for allegedly sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl. The incident reportedly occurred four years ago. Police also arrested the girl’s aunt and seized her phone for evidence. Sri has been remanded in custody until October 28.
