Actor-politician Kamal Haasan announced that Makkal Needhi Maiam will not contest the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. He said the party will extend unconditional support to DMK and expressed confidence that he would congratulate MK Stalin at the swearing-in ceremony.
