The executive committee meeting of the Makkal Needhi Maiyam was held today in Alwarpet, Chennai, under the leadership of actor Kamal Haasan. In this meeting, discussions were held on how to face the upcoming 2026 assembly elections. It was also advised that the executives should prepare to face the assembly elections together with the DMK.
