Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has announced the suspension of 5 senior officers, including Bangalore Police Commissioner Dayanand, after 7 people died in a stampede during RCB’s victory celebrations. After the cabinet meeting, he said that action has been taken against him for his negligence in the Bangalore stampede incident.
