US President Donald Trump has changed the H 1B visa rules. He has now increased the fee for it from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 6 lakh to Rs. 88 lakh. As 71 percent of the total beneficiaries of the H1B visa program are Indians, there is a big problem now. In this situation, Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi have severely criticized Prime Minister Modi.
