A person who traveled to Jordan from India on a tourist visa allegedly attempted to illegally enter Israel. Reports state that he was shot dead by Jordanian security forces during the incident. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has stated that it is working closely with the Jordanian government to safely bring back the deceased’s body.
