AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami was in Tirupati yesterday when he was met by Andhra Pradesh’s Jana Sena party executives. They showed him a song by Santhanam on his laptop and demanded that he take action to remove the song. They made this request saying that the lines “Govinda Govinda” in the song “Kissa 47” hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus.
