Tamil Nadu BJP president Nainar Nagendran has dismissed reports suggesting that the party demanded 56 assembly seats and three ministerial positions from the AIADMK as completely false. Clarifying the issue, he stated that no such demands were made during alliance discussions and described the claims as baseless rumours aimed at creating confusion.
