Chennai Corporation has made dog licence compulsory after rising dog-bite incidents. Data now reveals that foreign dog breeds like Labrador Retriever are the most owned in Chennai, while native Indian breeds such as Rajapalayam, Chippiparai and Kombai remain far behind.
